A guided journey to discover your soul’s answers to life’s great questions

• Offers a step-by-step process to unleash the unconscious and intuitive wisdom held in the awareness of your soul: Deep Knowledge Meditation

• Includes guided journal prompts to help you listen to your heart and shine a light on your own deepest wisdom and soul knowledge

• Shares channeled lessons from the author’s late son Jordan on the mysteries of human existence, including what the divine or god is, the nature of a soul, the nature of matter and energy, the role of love in our lives, and the origin of the universe

Human life is surrounded by mystery. At the center of this mystery are the questions: Why are we here? Is there a purpose to our existence, a reason why we’re experiencing the beauty and pain of physical life? There is also the mystery of the universe itself. What is it and where did it come from? Religious and spiritual traditions have created complex cosmologies to answer these questions, but each tradition has a different answer, and we are left with profound uncertainty about deeper reality. As psychologist Matthew McKay reveals, we can each discover our own answers to these questions, our own inner truth, by connecting with the wisdom of our souls.

In this guided workbook, McKay offers a step-by-step process to unleash the unconscious and intuitive wisdom held in the awareness of your soul. He explains how to use Deep Knowledge Meditation to access all of your soul’s accumulated knowledge, everything you have learned across all of your incarnations. Channeling his late son, Jordan, a discarnate soul who has lived hundreds of lives, McKay shares Jordan’s lessons on the mysteries of human existence, including what the Divine or God is, the nature of a soul, the nature of matter and energy, the role of love in our lives, and the origin of the universe. Accompanying these channeled teachings are journal prompts to be used with Deep Knowledge Meditation to help you listen to your heart and shine a light on your own deepest wisdom and soul knowledge.

Guiding you on a journey of self-discovery, this book offers the opportunity to find your soul’s truth about your life’s purpose and the nature of physical reality.

Reviews for Lessons from the Afterlife: A Deep Knowledge Meditation Guidebook

“The profound truths articulated in this gem of a book would be enough to answer the inquiries of any spiritual seeker. Those who invest time in practicing the tried-and-true discernment methods shared in these pages will reap expanded perspectives derived from their own inner wisdom.” * Suzanne Giesemann, author of Messages of Hope * “This remarkable and wise book offers you, the reader, a deepened awareness of the truth of your Divine nature, of God or All Consciousness, and greater clarity about why you are here as a spiritual being in physical form. Imagine what Earth would be like if each human being embraced and lived out these basic truths. This book is a must-read for anyone on the path of spiritual growth and deepened inner knowing. But be forewarned: this book will awaken you, expand your consciousness, and offer you greater clarity about who you are and your purpose here.” * John P. Forsyth, Ph.D., professor of psychology and director of the Anxiety Disorders Research Progr * “This extraordinary book, channeled by Jordan through his father, Matthew McKay, is a tour-de-force, seamlessly weaving cosmology, theology, quantum mechanics, transpersonal psychology, mysticism, and astrophysics into an engaging form. Jordan effortlessly dismantles the heretofore concrete barrier separating us from ‘the other side’ and gives us instead what we in Ireland call ‘a thin place’ that transforms the mundane into the mystical and the secular into the sacred. It is a rare gem of a book.” * Seán ÓLaoire, author of Setting God Free * “Lessons from the Afterlife offers a profound path to finding spiritual answers from within. This book provides readers with suggestions about consciousness and the universe to consider and meditate on. Not only do you discover answers within but you also gain the ability to seek answers at any time once you know how to practice Deep Knowledge Meditation.” * Catharine Meyers, publisher at New Harbinger Publications * “Many authors write about the afterlife, but McKay’s channelings and locutions have a unique quality: they make the universe larger and more dimensional than it was a moment before. This is because he transmits the key distinction between ego self and soul that even many spiritual systems override.” * Richard Grossinger, author of Bottoming Out the Universe * “Matthew McKay’s book invites the reader to contemplate the finite microcosm of personal existence by engaging in a dialogue with the infinite macrocosm of the universe. Bold, rich, and deeply thought-provoking, it is a true gem by a unique father and son who demonstrate the power of All.” * Austyn Wells, spiritual medium and author of Soul Conversations * “McKay takes a deep dive into examining the nature of reality, the meaning of life, and how to cope with loss. Lessons from the Afterlife reads like a personal guidebook to the essence of our existence.” * Jeffrey C. Wood, PsyD., coauthor of The New Happiness * “Lessons from the Afterlife is a rare find, as it offers a summary of the universe and our place in it that everyone can understand. These words will inspire you and offer profound wisdom.” * Peter Smith, author of Quantum Consciousness *
