I am yet to find another textbook which so easily conveys land law concepts in a way that reaches students who need support and students who are excelling. * Charlie Seager, Lecturer, University of Salford * A really great book, and loved by students. The author has produced a truly accessible and exciting work out of what is often regarded to be one of the most difficult subjects of every student's law degree. * Kieran Lee Marshall, Assistant Professor, University of Reading * This is one of the best land law textbooks I have worked with; it is well written, organised and accessible, and the online resources are very useful to students and staff alike. * Dr Laura Lo Coco, Senior Lecturer, University of Hertfordshire * We've been waiting for a book like Bevan's for a while. It combines all the elements of one's favourite land law texts; students will find that the questions that occur to them as they read are addressed very well. * Dr Michael John Hopkins, Senior Lecturer, Oxford Brookes University *
