Sally Garlandis a children's illustrator who lives and works in Glasgow with her partner and young son. Since Sally was young she has always loved drawing and had a passion for children's literature and illustration. Her current influences include vintage picture book illustration from the 50s and 60s. AimeeGallagheris an artist, illustrator and writer living and working in Norfolk with her husband and two young children. She studied History of Art at the University of Cambridge and has been working as an independent artist for the past 10 years. She has illustrated and written four drawing instruction books and worked in the studio of Damien Hirst. Since becoming a mother, she has been writing informative children's poetry focusing on the natural world. Her work explains phenomena that can be seen by children on an everyday basis and uses simple yet beautiful rhyming couplets to inspire interest and engage the young mind with these topics.
