Gracieux Mbuzukongira is a law professor with extensive experience in international law. He has taught at universities across East Africa and held leadership roles, including in the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies and as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at the University of Iringa, Tanzania. He is currently a guest researcher at the Max-Planck Institute for Comparative Public and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany, and also teaches at MIT-World Peace University in Pune, India.
