Mahender Singh Kaswan is an Associate Professor at the School of Mechanical Engineering at Lovely Professional University, Punjab, India. He holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Lovely Professional University, Punjab, an M.Tech. in Industrial and Production Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, India, and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from Manav Rachna International University, India. He has published several articles in leading international journals and conferences. His research interests include Lean Six Sigma, green manufacturing, life cycle assessment, circular economy, industry 4.0/5.0, clean technologies measures, and Sustainable supply chains. Rajeev Rathi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, India. He is working on sustainability, social sustainability dynamics in industrial scenarios, and Industry 4.0. Dr. Rathi has published over 4 patents and granted 4 patents. He has published 62 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings. He is an active guest editor, editorial board member, and reviewer of many high-repute journals. He is working in collaboration with international researchers from various reputed universities in the fields of operations excellence, Lean Six Sigma, Lean, Sustainability, Industry 4.0, and process improvement in manufacturing and service. His research is mainly focused on operational excellence and clean technologies in the manufacturing and service sectors. Jose Arturo Garza-Reyes is a professor of Operations Management and Head of the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University of Derby, UK. He is actively involved in industrial projects where he combines his knowledge, expertise, and industrial experience in operations management to help organizations achieve excellence in their internal functions and supply chains. Dr. Garza-Reyes has also led and managed international research projects funded by the British Academy, British Council, European Commission, and Mexico’s National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT). As a leading academic, he has published over 250 articles in leading scientific journals, international conferences, and seven books and is on the Editorial Board of several journals. Areas of expertise and interest include operations and manufacturing management, business excellence, quality improvement, and performance measurement.
