Sonia Umair is an accomplished academician, researcher, and assistant professor with over a decade of experience in the field of management. She is currently working as an assistant professor at Al-Zahra College for Women, Muscat, Oman. She holds a Ph.D. in Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia. Her academic and research interest lies in the fields of HRM, sustainability, business ethics, leadership, and organizational behavior. She has worked as a research collaborator and research assistant at the Universiti Putra Malaysia. She has published extensively in reputable journals and conferences, contributing valuable insights to the field. Umair Waqas is Assistant Professor and Program Chair of Supply Chain Management and Logistics in the College of Business at the University of Buraimi, Oman. He is a member of several committees, including the member college of the business board, member college of business postgraduate committee, member teaching learning and curriculum committee, and member moderation and examination committee. He is also responsible for curriculum revision and progression of his department. He received Ph.D. in Management (specialization: Supply Chain Risk Management) in 2020 from the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Malaysia. He has experience of 10 years in the field of research and education. Beata Mrugalska, Ph.D., D.Sc., Eur.Erg. is an Associate Professor and head of the Division of Applied Ergonomics, Institute of Safety and Quality Engineering, Faculty of Management Engineering, Poznan University of Technology in Poland. She holds an M.Sc. (2001) in Management and Marketing from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management at the Poznan University of Technology, and a PhD (2009) in Machine Construction and Operation from the Faculty of Computer Science and Management at the Poznan University of Technology. She was awarded a D.Sc. (dr habil.) degree in Mechanical Engineering by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Poznan University of Technology, Poland (2019). Since 2018, she has been a board member of the Center for Registration of European Ergonomists (CREE). She is responsible for promoting the professional title of EuroErgonomist in the international scientific and industrial environment. She is also a board member of the Polish Academy of Arts and Sciences, Commission of Ergonomics, and a member of the Ergonomics Committee at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Branch Poznan. She has over 120 publications focused on human factors in modern organizational management concepts. She serves as a member of 8 editorial boards of international journals and a Guest Editor of 5 special issues of journals. Beata Mrugalska was honored with the Top Peer Reviewer by Publons for her contribution to the preparation of reviews of papers. Ibrahim Rashid Al Shamsi is Associate Professor and Dean in the College of Business, University of Buraimi, Oman. His areas of specialization include business, human resource management, and other management-related subjects. He obtained his Master’s in Business Administration from the UK and Ph.D. in Business Administration from Malaysia. He also serves indexed journals as a Reviewer and is involved in various academic and research tasks. Before joining academia, he worked for 20 years with Directorate General of Health Services, Al Buraimi Governorate, Ministry of Health, where he held important positions as Head of the Administration Department, Director of Administration and Finance, and Director of Planning and Studies.
