Isaac G. Lee grew up in Lubbock, Texas. A graduate of Texas Tech University, he departed for Marine Corps Officer Candidates School in the summer of 1997. His two decades as an officer and aviator resulted in seven overseas deployments, which included four combat tours of duty in the Middle East. The veteran combat aviator served as the Commanding Officer of an operational CH-53E squadron prior to his retirement from the Marine Corps in 2017. Isaac and his family reside in San Diego, California, where he works as an operations executive. When he isn't volunteering to help his fellow veterans, he spends his free time with loved ones and enjoys baseball and football. HANGAR 4 is his first book.
"""The way that Isaac Lee spins this tale accomplishes the primary ingredient of any successful story. As Ian Fleming, author of the James Bond series of books, was fond of saying: ""You know it's a good book if you just have to turn the page."" That is the case withHangar Four. As you finish each chapter you are drawn to the next chapter as Isaac Lee takes you on a journey that provides a true insider's look at what it means to be a combat aviator - both the highs and the lows."" -George Galdorisi, Director of Strategic Assessments and Technical Futures for NIWC Pacific and author of Algorithms of Armageddon: The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Future Wars."
