Brojo Kishore Mishra, is currently working as Professor in Computer Science department at the GIET University, Gunupur-765022, India. He received his PhD degree in Computer Science from the Berhampur University in 2012. He has published more than 30 research papers in national and international conference proceedings, 29 research papers in peer-reviewed journals, 22 book chapters, authored 02 books and edited 05 books. His research interests include Data mining, Machine learning and Security. He has organized and co-organized local and international conferences and also edited several special issues for journals. He is the senior member of IEEE, Life member of CSI, ISTE. He is the Editor of CSI Journal of Computing. Sanjay K. Kuanar is currently serving as Professor and Head of Computer Science and Engineering Department of GIET University. He has earned his Ph.D. degree from Jadavpur University, Kolkata in November, 2015, obtained his M.E. (Computer Engineering) degree from Jadavpur University in 2007 and B.Tech Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Utkal University in 1998 . His research interests include computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning and multimedia computing. His primary research is focused on exploring different machine learning techniques in solving several challenging problems in summarizing and segmenting videos. He has (co)authored several publications in refereed SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Multimedia, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, Elsevier’s JVCIR and International conferences like ICPR, ICAPR etc. His papers got many citations with h-index and i-10 index of 4 each. He has reviewed several International Journals like IEEE Transactions on Multimedia (TMM), IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics and Elsevier’s JVCIR. His total teaching experience is 20 years. Dr. Kuanar is a self motivated and self driven leader and has taken several initiatives for the development of the department. Sheng-Lung Peng is a full Professor of the Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering at National Dong Hwa University (NDHU), Taiwan. He received the BS degree in Mathematics from National Tsing Hua University, and the MS and PhD degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from the National Chung Cheng University and National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, respectively. His research interests are in designing and analyzing algorithms for Bioinformatics, Combinatorics, Data Mining, and Networks. Daniel D. Dasig, Jr. received his BSc in Computer Engineering, MSc in Engineering in Computer Engineering, and PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering degrees in 2008, 2015 and 2017 respectively. He has been a Professorial Lecturer in electrical engineering, environmental engineering, information technology, computer science, and education in the Philippines and abroad. He is an Associate Professor 6 of the Graduate Studies of College of Science and Computer Studies of De La Salle University Dasmarinas since January 2018, and a Professorial Lecturer at the College of Continuing and Advanced Professional Studies of the University of Makati since 2014 where he also served as Research Coordinator in the College of Computer Science. In 2014, he served as Chair of Computer Engineering Department of Jose Rizal University. He also works as part of the Change Management, and software development teams of TELUS- a Canadian telecommunication company since 2011. He is a Lean Six Sigma Certified, ITIL V3 Certified and Certified Project Management Expert. Dr. Dasig has authored and co-authored more than 100 academic and technical papers extending over a wide spectrum of research areas such as in engineering, information technology, education, computer science and social sciences. He has authored and co-authored books for higher education and senior high school programs. He has organized and co-organized local and international conferences and was a recipient of Best Paper and Best Paper Presenter awards and fellow. He has an executive roles and active membership to more than 40 professional, research and policy-making organizations such as ICANN-NCSG, Internet Society, ICpEP, and PSITE. He has received numerous global and international awards including the World Class Filipino for Engineering and Information Technology. He is an IEEE member of the Republic of the Philippines Section.
