With over two decades of experience, Vidusha has conducted training and consulting assignments in person across 15 countries and online with participants from over 30 countries. His pioneering work includes creating a framework to assess validated ROI after training, linking Leadership Training and ROI, which earned him a place on the TedX Colombo stage.Vidusha has received numerous accolades for his contributions to leadership, including being named one of the Top 50 Leadership Thought Leaders in Global Gurus and one of the Top 30 Global Thought Leaders in Management and Leadership by Thinkers 360.
