Dusit Niyato is a professor in the School of Computer Science and Engineering at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Walid Saad is an associate professor at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Virginia Tech and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). Tamer Başar is the Swanlund Endowed Chair, CAS Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and director of the Center for Advanced Study at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
