Brian and Mary Jo are devout Catholics, proud parents of seven, and entrepreneurs. They are dedicated to helping other entrepreneurial couples understand the value of prioritizing their family and their faith. Through their first book, Entrepreneurial Trinity, Brian and Mary Jo humbly share their successes and struggles along their journey to help others who have started or are starting their first business. In 2010, they launched their first business, focused on providing great services, with fantastic people that shared similar values. Through a great deal of hard work, determination, and incredible support from each other, they survived the early startup days and steadily grew the team. That team grew so rapidly that they earned a spot on the Inc. 5000 list for five straight years from 2017 through 2021. As a family, they enjoy volunteering for and supporting causes near to their heart, including a local food pantry, their children's Catholic schools, and various schools and hospitals in Haiti. To spend more time as a family and pursue new opportunities, following God's plan for their lives, Brian and Mary Jo sold Sullivan Engineering in 2021.
