Dr. Kuldeep Singh Gour obtained his B.E. from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute, Vidisha, in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, and M.Tech. from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore in Instrumentation. He obtained his Ph.D. from National Physical Laboratory & AcSIR, New Delhi, in the area of thin films for optoelectronic devices. He is working as a Scientist at National Metallurgical Laboratory, Jamshedpur. His research interests include thin films, photodetectors, solar cells, materials for energy applications, and coatings. He has published more than 40 papers in international journals and 04 book chapters. Dr. Vidya Nand Singh obtained his M.Sc. from Banaras Hindu University with a specialization in Solid State Physics and M.Tech. in Solid State Materials from IIT Delhi, India. He obtained his Ph.D. from IIT Delhi in the area of nanocomposite-based gas sensors. He works as a Principal Scientist at National Physical Laboratory, New Delhi. His research interests include gas sensors, photodetectors, solar cells, nanomaterials, thermoelectric generators, and HRTEM. He has published more than 250 papers in international journals. He has several book chapters and edited books.
