Julie Browne is a Senior Lecturer in Academic Practice at Cardiff University School of Medicine, with research interests in healthcare educator development, medical education theory and practice and curriculum design. She has published widely in the field and in 2015 was awarded the President's Silver Medal of the Academy of Medical Educators for her sustained contribution to medical education. Alison Bullock is Professor of Medical and Dental Education and Director of the Cardiff Unit for Research and Evaluation in Medical and Dental Education (CUREMeDE). She is an experienced project lead who regularly presents research at national and international conferences. She has over 100 peer-reviewed publications. Samuel Parker is a Lecturer in Psychology at Birmingham City University, where he teaches courses in Qualitative Research Methods and Social Psychology. Prior to this role, he completed his PhD and then held a Lectureship in the School of Social Sciences at Cardiff University.
