He loves to

play and his favorite creatures to ""play"" with are all the beautiful delicate little song birds which are no match for his sharp claws and strong long arms.

Dulcinea, as queen, must do something about this GREAT disturbance to her kingdom, a sanctuary for all living beings.

Please read the book to find out how she gently guides young Capo and protects her kingdom at the same time."

Camila has always enjoyed written expression. As a child she wrote journals and then was the contributing young poet in a creative writing collection published by her amazing 5th grade teacher, the now Rev. Jane E. Vennard who has been an inspiration in many ways. The challenge with writing is that it requires sitting down a lot and Camila is not inclined to do that much sitting as she prefers tending her urban farm where she grows all kinds of foods, flowers and herbs. In spite of this challenge, Camila knows that there are perhaps two more children's books she will write. She has written several songs with her husband, singer songwriter, Bart Vogel available where ever you buy your music. Camila spent 20 years inspiring elementary school children the power and pleasure of writing and finding their voice. Cathy is a bright light in the world. She brings love, laughter and beauty where ever she goes. Cathy found great comfort and joy in art as a young child who struggled to read. She spent many years in elementary schools as a parent, aid, and teacher inspiring young children to find their own creative pursuits.
