This is a user guide to 'dot', a homemade drawing web-app/accessible studio space specifically designed for creating abstracted connect-the-dot drawings. The project of dot is to invite others to join (or ignore) the dots, to participate in creating modified but continuously abstract works. Inspired by artists ranging from: Joan Mitchell and Cy Twombly through Pierre Solages to Julie Mehretu Ronan Bouroullec Helen O'Leary Sara Barker Marc Natzgaam and Kees Goudzwaard.
