Divining Guidance highlights Bill's early work life in Washington D.C. and hilariously documents his return home to Warsaw, Virginia, where he picked up with lifelong friends and ran a company of his own. After a municipal work crew inadvertently introduced him to dowsing, the ancient art of divining water, he went on to develop his insight and skills at places such as The Ozark Research Institute where he studied with the renowned Harold McCoy. With his ever-helpful Angels, Bill's career bloomed as he traveled to legendary horse racing communities. Bill and his Angels always emphasize the importance of good intent. So it's his aim to show readers they too can be dowsers and healers if they want.
