Hot Sex, naturally? Sex truly becomes great when our nerves, blood vessels and hormones operate in synchrony. Luckily, modern research has shown that diet affects this trifecta, and having a great sex life might just be as easy as preparing the right dinner. In Diet for Great Sex, author Christine DeLozier, L.

Ac. explains how the foods we eat can balance hormones, increase blood flow and strengthen nerve conduction to and from the genitals. Calling upon her years of experience treating sexual health issues, and her training as a research scientist, DeLozier walks readers through the specific foods that will lead to great sex and explains the science of how it works."

Reviews for Diet for Great Sex: Food for Male and Female Sexual Health

"5 Stars from Indie Reader: ""Kudos to Christine DeLozier for crafting DIET FOR GREAT SEX-a comprehensive, valuable, enjoyable, and potentially society-enhancing resource on how to enjoy mutually magnificent sex regularly and naturally."" -Indie Reader Full Review: Christine DeLozier's DIET FOR GREAT SEX opens with two fictitious characters eager to go to bed together, while simultaneously feeling uncertain about their own bodies and sexual prowess. The book covers much ground, offering information about the science of achieving great sex: healthy hormones, nerve transmission, and blood flow while exploring ancient wisdom from medicinal plant use and aphrodisiacs to pleasurable reciprocity with sexual partners. Equally impressive, this unique volume deals with matters that concern both women and men, as well as a rainbow of sexual orientations, since having great sex is a subject of interest to pretty much everyone. As a practicing acupuncturist, DeLozier has come to the aid of patients dissatisfied with-not only their sex lives-but also an inability to fully enjoy life overall. Somehow humanity's modern-day hustle-which includes exposure to too many toxins, along with not enough genuine connection and self-actualized peace-has become a vast barrier keeping people from regularly getting to savor gratifying sexual experiences. But the wall is not impenetrable, and it need not be permanent. Qi/chi can be restored. Nerve pathways can clear. Adequate blood flow and hormone production can be re-stimulated. Vitality and a sense of exuberant joie de vivre can return. Since a healthy diet is imperative towards attaining things like reduced cortisol and normalized testosterone levels, the author goes the extra mile of not only outlining what types foods (i.e. organic) one should be eating, she also provides easy and delectable recipes along with fun, behind-the-scenes facts/stories about recommended food items. Readers are likely to find themselves scurrying off to the nearest farmer's market and health food store in search of oyster mushrooms or cruciferous vegetables like cauliflower and collard greens (known to benefit the endocrine system and prevent all kinds of diseases that tend to affect not only happiness in the bedroom, but also obesity, Type 2 diabetes, cancer, etc. What if one knows they are not particularly skilled at the actual mechanics of sex? Tips for learning how to get better at this activity are also provided."
