Jham Lal is author and Ph.D. research scholar from Central Agricultural University, Imphal, India. He is actively involved in research and studies in the field of fisheries and aquatic science and has contributed significantly to the advancement of aquaculture research, particularly in areas such as fish breeding, nutrition, and disease management. Sahil is postgraduate in Fisheries and Resource Management. He specializes in fish ecology, feeding habits, reproductive biology, and stock assessment techniques. Mogalekar is Assistant Professor at College of Fisheries in Dholi, Bihar, India.
