Dr. Carrie Hruby has been a superintendent or assistant superintendent for almost 20 years. As a co-creator of the first female superintendent cohort in Illinois, Carrie is passionate about empowering, elevating and celebrating women in leadership. Carrie has published numerous journal articles on the topic of leadership and presented at conferences on the topics of women in leadership, finance, fiscal responsibility, and legislative advocacy.
