A workbook companion to Boots That Fit
Are you tired of living a life that doesn't fit?

Find your place and serve others in a way that is truly yours.

Without a clear sense of identity, we find ourselves squeezed into jobs and activities that are not right for us. Our days are filled to the brim with things others want us to do, things we feel we should do, and things that just happen across our paths. We are bored, busy, strung out and just plain weary.

As you journey through Boots That Fit, you will learn to use your gifts and callings to serve God and your community in ways that suit your unique self and life situation. This companion workbook gives you all the tools you need to complete the activities suggested in Boots That Fit and allows you to keep the results in one place so that you can reflect on them later. The activities will help you find who you are, what values you live by and how to organise your days so you can serve God and others in a way that also brings you to life.

Ruth is an author, podcaster, blogger, speaker, and editor. After working as a lecturer in chemistry for ten years, she left the hustle of academia to follow her ambition to lead a quiet life (1 Thess 4:11). Since then, she has published five novels and a memoir, gone on several quiet retreats, taken regular Sabbaths, and learned to live in the 'unforced rhythms of grace' (Matt 11:28-30, The Message). You may have heard her regular Thursday morning chats with Scottie on Ultra106.5.Ruth is married to Moz, and they have two grown-up children, two children-in-law and two delightful grandsons. She loves reading, is a relatively unskilled knitter, and enjoys walking along the beach (pretty much any beach will do).

Reviews for Boots That Fit A Companion Workbook: How to serve God and your community in a way that suits your unique gifts and personality.

It has given me a structured framework to put more work into, it has been a wonderful 'jumping-off' point for changes that are life changing. Made me much more aware of focussing on dreams (passions) and effectively making time each week to allow for them. So good to know myself better and refocus on priorities, these techniques will be useful.
