Patrick Hartnett (b. 1961) is a British composer and arranger. He studied under Alun Hoddinott at Cardiff University in the 1980s, specialising in twentieth-century music. In the 1980s and 1990s he worked closely with musicians, groups and chamber choirs in South Wales, writing a series of lyrical works for concerts and informal reviews. Now living in Norfolk, he continues his musical association with South Wales, including recent commissions from the Mountain Ash & District Choral Society.
