Izzy Quinn is one of the world's foremost authorities on mermaids. She grew up in Sydney, Australia, on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, and likes to watch the humpback whales migrating north in winter. All About Mermaids is her first picture book. Vlad Stankovic is a graphic designer and illustrator based in Sydney, Australia. In his work, which he creates with both digital and traditional tools, the inspiration comes from science and nature on one hand and fantasy and fairy tales on the other. He has done illustrations for numerous books, greeting cards, and documentaries, and has participated in various publications and exhibitions worldwide.
