""I found the mix of chapters came together to form a fascinating snap-shot of where we are in utilising macrofungi and insights into aspects that I knew little of before. The general presentation and quality of editing and production is excellent. It deserves to find its way into mycological and biotechnological libraries around the world, where it can be available for browsing and will increase awareness of the potential and value of the macrofungal resource."" —David L.
