In 1934 when John and Sunday Reed purchased an acreage in Heidelberg they had a vision of a bohemian artistic community living in harmony with the earth. Alice Crowe Alice Crowe is the former kitchen gardener at Heide Museum of Modern Art and a lover of plants and nature. She is a lawyer, trained in botany and passionate about reconnecting people with the earth and one another. Maximilian Maximilian is a copywriter, designer and product developer with a diverse background in fashion and retail. His work with Heide Museum of Modern Art has included overseeing collaborative, limited editions with contemporary artists and designers, and developing products projects to support awareness of Heide's collection, exhibiting and legacy artists.
