"This fifth volume in the series ""A Citizen's Disclosure on UFOs and ETI"" is Terry Tibando's ongoing contribution to the UFO/ETI literature. His 68 years as an experiencer, researcher, and investigator in Ufology and Extraterrestrial contact makes him uniquely qualified on this subject with a fresh new worldview perspective.
