I put my journalism degree to work again doing research and interviews in 2005. My first health book was published in 2007. How To UnBreak Your Health received lots of very positive reviews including Midwest Book Review, Reader Views, Clarion Reviews and Booksville Literary Reviews along with many others. After a few years and more research the updated edition was published, How To UnBreak Your Health, which featured over 300 listings in more than 150 different categories. Once again it was published by Loving Healing Press.A few years later I decided to try my hand at fiction so I wrote an novella, Susan's Search. It was about what happens when your search for a solution to your health problem takes you far from home and disrupts your life. More recently I wrote a book on a single topic, 101 Tips for Better and More Healthy Sleep. This shorter, more focused format seemed to be more in line with the times and what readers were looking for in a health book. It was published in 2023.My latest book, 101 Tips for Chronic Pain Relief, is the book I'd wish I'd written in the beginning. I've watched chronic pain can do a person's life, slowly eating away at them until the body finally gives up and dies. My mother had a new surgical procedure developed in Europe to relieve the pain in her spine many years ago. It didn't work. Nearly ten years later the pain finally ended her life, she'd just turned 40.No one wants to suffer from chronic pain but if it happens to you, the only thing you want is for the pain to end. That's why I wrote this book, to help you find relief from your pain regardless of what it takes. I've also recorded dozens of podcast programs on a wide variety health treatments which are still available at: https: //www.unbreakyourhealth.com/podcasts.html
