Reviews for Who Ate My Fruit?

Animals, fruit, and friendship come together in this lift-the-flap board book. (...)The Spanish version, publishing simultaneously, ?Quien se comio mi fruta? has a bonus; little ones can count back from four as the fruit is consumed. Also publishing simultaneously are Who Ate My Cakes? and ?Quien se comio mi pastel? which follow the same format. This time, the cat's cakes are being consumed by a different set of animal friends, and the surprise is a birthday cake. Colorful, simple and stylized graphics against plain backgrounds depict the edibles and animals in question. Sweet, attractive, and engaging. ---Kirkus I really love the inclusion of fruits in this, as healthy foods are always great examples to set for young readers. The flaps are nice and simple, with each being about half a page. It's also an interesting mechanism here - with the flap down, you can see the piece of fruit, and when it lifts, the half of the fruit on one page transforms into the whole animal friend with the view underneath.--YA Books Central Lovely mellow colors and fun flaps to turn distinguish these cute board books. Someone is eating Cat's fruit. By turning the flap, the fruit itself cleverly becomes the animal - seal, rabbit, fox, or duck - who is eating the fruit. At the end there is a surprise: a fruit salad for Cat. The fun of guessing what animal the fruit will become will delight kids. Simple and adorable.---Youth Services Book Review
