Straight from the Dragonfly Inn's executive chef, Sookie St. James, Gilmore Girls: Sookie St. James's Official Cookbook teaches fans how to make iconic recipes inspired by Gilmore Girls.

Written in the voice of master chef Sookie St. James, this in-world cookbook takes fans on a culinary journey through Gilmore Girls like never before from one of the most popular and memorable characters of the lovable show. Featuring easy-to-follow recipes for Sookie's elaborate creations, from Rocky Road Cookies, Blueberry Shortcake, and each course of the Bracebridge Dinner to her famous Risotto with Riesling, Gilmore Girls: Sookie St. James's Official Cookbook includes Sookie's uniquely enthusiastic (and perhaps a little frenzied) take on dozens of memorable gastronomical moments in the show, tips to avoid kitchen accidents (and pumpkin hands!), kitchen pantry essentials, advice on how to adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions, how to spot and use the best seasonal vegetables for your dishes, and reflections on her most innovative risks in recipe development.

With a deep love for pop culture and super-fans, she enjoys hiding Easter eggs in fun depictions of beloved fictional worlds. Liz Fish is a recipe developer and caterer with more than 45 years in the food industry. Having lived in London, Istanbul and NYC, her love for food has gained her a community wherever she goes. Her interest in developing recipes started as a food columnist and cooking instructor for expats, teaching them how to make foods they were familiar with but using locally available ingredients. Her large extended family includes 2 children who share her love for food adventures and pickleball. Micol Ostow is obsessed with pop culture. She's written dozens of books based on entertainment's biggest franchises, including Roman Holiday: The Illustrated Storybook and Life is Better with Friends. She lives in New York with her family and drinks almost as much coffee as Lorelai.
