Neena Viel is a horror writer who lives in a cabin in the woods. A 2021-2022 Pitch Wars mentee, her work explores social horror and humour through a Black lens. She has a Bachelor's in Communication from Arkansas State University, and a Master's in Public Service from the University of Arkansas Clinton School of Public Service. She is the Director of Development & Communications at Northwest Education Access, a Seattle-based nonprofit, and has over eight years of experience in philanthropy.
