Filmmaker and fine artist Dan Curry, V.E.S. served as visual-effects supervisor/producer, title designer, director, conceptual designer, and martial arts choreographer for Star Trek: The Next Generation, Deep Space Nine, Voyager, and Enterprise. A 7-time Emmy winner and veteran of over 100 feature films and TV productions, he is a former Peace Corps volunteer, university instructor, and theatre production designer. As well as being a former VFX governor of the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, he is also a member of the Directors Guild of America, American Society of Cinematographers, Producers Guild of America, Art Directors Guild, and is a past board member of the Visual Effects Society, where he was honored as a V.E.S. Fellow.
