Ashlyn Kane often thinks she can do anything, but trying to pull it off often proves her wrong. Her home is as cluttered with half-finished projects as her folder is full of stories. However, with the help of her ADHD medication, she is coping. Ashlyn's strength has always been language and storytelling. She attended a writing workshop for the first time when she was 8 years old. As a teenager, she won an amateur poetry competition. As an adult, she received an excellent review in Publishers Weekly for her novel Fake Dating the Prince. There were a few years in between, but who's counting? Her hobbies include DIY home furnishings, container gardening (that way you don't have to pull weeds), music and her big chocolate brown lap dog.
