Reviews for Now You Owe Me

"""This is such a fun and thrilling read--both suspenseful and humorous, frightening and charming. In several passages, just when you think you have it all figured out, Aliah Wright turns the tables and springs a new, but plausible trap. And, whatever you do, don't peek at the surprise ending first! A terrific debut by a promising writer with a diverse set of fantastic characters, I highly recommend Now You Owe Me."" --Dugald Bruce-Lockhart, author of The Lizard ""Now You Owe Me is a crisply written, fast-paced thriller with meaning layered so deftly into the entertainment, you get a double bonus of social commentary and spine-chilling twists. In the best tradition of smart writing marrying depth with depravity, Aliah Wright brings her characters to life so skillfully, you'll close the book eager to open her next."" --Jessica Jiji, author of Sweet Dates in Basra"
