Raised in both the city and country, Robert LeePrimeaux went to grade school in Rockford, IL, but spent every summer on Grandfathers ranch in Fort Yates, ND, on the Standing Rock Sioux Nation whereRobert is an enrolled member. It didn't take long for Robert to be a ranch and rodeo cowboy, then joined US Army Combat soldier in Vietnam with D Troop, 2nd/17th Cavalry, 101st Airborne Division. Upon discharge Robert became a rodeo cowboy, then got his degrees, coaching college basketball, then acting became Robert's life, including 16 movies. His biggest role was in Rough Riders. As a Disabled Vietnam Veteran, Robert had to quit coaching and acting and started writing.
