Judd B. Shaw likes to bring out his inner knight in shining armor. He does that through his work as a New Jersey attorney representing injury victims, as a parent of four children, and by creative writing. Judd shares his passion for helping others with his imaginary character, Sterling the Knight. Judd spends time in New Jersey and Florida, with his fellow adventurer, Trinity, and their dog Riley. Marrieta Gal (Marija Stojisavljevic) has been an art enthusiast from an early age. She has over twenty years of professional experience in illustrating and designing children's magazines and books. As a passionate advocate for the world of art and illustration, Marrieta has illustrated numerous picture books and magazines for domestic and foreign publishers, including Leslie Guzman's Lupita plush doll and bilingual English and Spanish storybook set and Barbara Leary's novel The Climbing Tree. She earned a bachelor's degree in book design and an MA in illustration at Faculty of Applied Arts in her hometown, Belgrade, Serbia, where she currently resides.
