Nilo Cruz is one of America's most produced Cuban-American writers. His other plays include Two Sisters and a Piano - seen in London at the Riverside Studios in October 2003 - Lorca in a Green Dress, Night Train to Bolina, A Bicycle Country and Dancing on Her Knees. Cruz has taught playwriting at Brown and Yale Universities. He won the Pulitzer Prize for Anna in the Tropics before it had even been staged.
