""A visual tour de force. With Polar, Victor Santos takes his seat at the table of the great graphic storytellers."" -Brian Azzarello ""[Victor Santos's] inspired cartooning fills this comic with energy and life. The action scenes are a thing of wonder . . . It's frantic and kinetic, inserting you into the moment and making you feel the intensity."" -IGN ""Carrying on Frank Miller's tradition of extremely stylized, visually striking storytelling, but still keeping its own voice. This is good comics."" -Francesco Francavilla
