Mary Larkin, The Open University ""Lloyd's career-long commitment to research and scholarship in care and care relationships shines through the pages of this book. It is engaging, thought-provoking and very well researched, and is a book that I will read, re-read and recommend to students, practitioners, researchers and unpaid carers.""
