Huw Jones is a food photography specialist based in Newport, South Wales. His specifically designed studio is amongst the best equipped in the UK, with all dishes prepared and photographed on site using the highest standard industry equipment. Huw's stunning images showcase Gilli Davies's recipes in the Flavours of Wales and Flavours of England series, as well as the range of seasonal cookbooks from Angela Gray's Cookery School. Angela Gray opened the doors to her cookery school at Llanerch Vineyard in April 2010. Voted into the Top 10 UK Cookery Schools by The Independent and The Telegraph, she has made several television programmes for the BBC and for UKTV Food, including Hot Stuff and More Hot Stuff. The Cookery School has also been shortlisted for the Best Cookery School in this year's Great British Food Awards and chosen to join an elite selection of 50 top schools in The National Cookery School Guide. Her cookbooks include Winter Recipes, Summer Recipes, Festive Recipes, Spring Recipes and Autumn Recipes.
