Joseph Gibbons is a full-time professor at Humber College where he holds exemplary faculty status. He has 20 years of experience as a professor, exercise physiologist, health and lifestyle coach, and mental health first aid instructor. Joseph’s mission is to help people overcome the life obstacles that impedes their journey towards optimal physical, mental, and spiritual health. He lives in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
