Rafael Cayuela is Director and Corporate Chief Economist at Dow Chemical. Rafael Cayuela is an economist by education and has a decade of experience within the chemical industry. He holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University Complutense in Madrid, Spain, and Wolverhampton in UK, a Masters degree in European Economics from the College of Europe, Brugge, Belgium, an Executive MBA from the University of Chicago, USA and an MBA from the Dow Chemical & Northwood MBA, Michigan, USA. Andrew Hagan is Executive Director of the World Council on Industrial Biotechnology. Before that, he has been the Head of Chemistry and Advanced Materials at the World Economic Forum. Andrew did his Masters in Chemistry at Oxford University and his PhD in polymer chemistry and materials at Cambridge University. He has been a member of Chatham House (Royal Institute of International Affairs) and a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry for over 10 years and a ""Global Scot"" advising on the Scottish Chemicals Initiative.
